Anyone got any good recipes? For me I love food. Sitting down to a nice meal is the best. Crab is one of my favorite seafood, and Chilli crab...hot hot hot. Yummy.

Fish is ok fried though, I do like my sushi. Love salmon, tuna, snapper, and whitting. I go fishing sometimes but I only catch tailor and yellowtail so I just chuck them all back. My bro has a boat licence and goes crabbing. Crab is the best when its nice and fresh.
I do the once a year prawning as well with the lights and stuff at night. Boil the f**kers straight away on the beach. Fresh is always best. Makes so much of a difference.

TBH I do think lobster is a little overated.
In this country you really can't go past the old steak, chips and salad. A big hands up for the clubs in NSW. You can get a good steak for $7.50, and thats with all the sides as well. Last I heard Melbourne doesn't have any of those RSL type clubs. TOO BAD.
If your talking meat then America style ribs, or even the spanish ASADO which it beef ribs. Food is awesome. f**k I'm hungry now. Favorite steak has to be the sirlion...cooked slow to make it juicy as.

Saws resturant should have a paw paw salad. This is the cambo style one though and still looks good. I love my paw paw salad.

I might get saw angry by giving away his secrets hahaha, but I would think this one is more like the one he serves at his resturant.

You shittin me right?? Medium rare at most otherwise you obliterate all the taste out of your steak!!
On a side note i tried one of those special Wagyu steaks the other night (the ones where the japs massage the fat through the cow etc.). Best thing i've ever tasted, whilst it's expensive you have to try it at least once but i'm pretty sure only a few places do it.
ive been craving for pippies in spicy XO sauce with chinese doughnuts....went out to get them tonight, stupid ass restaurant didnt have it, i was soo pissed off....if anyone knows what this dish is then i hope you can understand........ also they had no mud crab..... stupid asses

yeah I always order that shit. Usually order three dishes. The jellyfish salad, crispy fried squid and pipies in ox sause( which goes very well with the rice). Are pippies in season yet? if not they only give ya a small ass plate, if they are in season then they give ya heaps.
