i know that there must be one or two of them that use this forum.... i need help sleeping any ideas or tips???

no booze(timtam,sight), no lullabies(stunna) and no prescription drugs(woRm's)

any advice will be helpful........ ive been awake for too long..

this is not from narcotics...... DRUGS ARE BAD!!!

i feel that milk is a bad choice after booze. made the mistake of drinking milk after a heavy night. never looked at milk the same way ever since

just do wat me and mizone do drink till ya drop just keep pouring the piss down ya fat neck till ya drop its easier if its end of nite to start drinking shit straight if u having trouble dropping

i rekon exercise before you go to bed and really go hard out like running or pushups situps shit that you can do at home but go hard and it just wares you out
