Mr Justice Morgan threw out a request from BBC's lawyers to grant an injunction preventing publication of an autobiography by Ben Collins, the racing driver who has played the character since 2003, following nearly two days of legal arguments heard behind closed doors. Ben Collins (born 13 February 1975[1]) is a racing car driver from Bristol, England. He has competed in motor racing since 1994 and has competed in many categories, from Formula Three and Indy Lights to sportscars, GT racing and stock cars. | |

| why would someone want to know his identity that bad to go to high court. he isnt comiting a crime or anything but his being annonamous was apart of the show.
i hope clarkson, may and hammond can turn this around to be a positive | |
