5.) Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City - No, folks, this isn't on our list because we're excited for it. It isn't here simply because we have nothing else to choose from (we had plenty of other choices). It is only here because we would have never expected this to make its way onto the PlayStation 3. After being held an Xbox 360 exclusive "expansion pack" of sorts and with $50,000,000 worth of buzz floating around the internet, Rockstar Games gives PS3 and PC-owning GTA fans the opportunity to purchase the latest stories of Liberty City. Enough to wet your lips until Grand Theft Auto V comes? Who knows?


4.) Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - I wonder what it is with these sequels and snow? Bad Company 2, Modern Warfare 2, Uncharted 2.... somehow they all turn out to be really fun! BF:BC 2 is more than what you think. DICE added and tweaked much needed features of the game, with improvements in running, CQC, maneuvering vehicles and more. One of our personal favorite - yet small - changes is the knifing. The first Bad Company had you pressing one button to knife, and another to switch back to your gun. This time around, the R2 button acts as a quick jab of the knife and gets you right back to your gun without any hassles. We also couldn't help but notice the friendship that reloading and sprinting shared. Reminiscent of Killzone 2, your character has the amazing ability to reload while sprinting. Impressive!


3.) Yakuza 3 - It's Japan's very own take on Grand Theft Auto. To Americans, Yakuza is a distant series that is always hesitant to reach us. How distant is it? While Yakuza 3 makes its way to North America, Yakuza 4 is ready and set to release in Japan... during the very same month. Still, it's better to get a piece of Yakuza than to not get any at all. Keep your eyes set on this one. It's definitely a game worth checking out.


2.) Final Fantasy XIII - We know it's been out in Japan since December 2009. We know it managed to sell half of the PlayStation 3 fanbase before it ever reached NA. What we still don't know is exactly how it plays, and we won't until FFXIII releases to PS3 and 360 owners here in The States. From what we hear, it's not exactly the best or most impressive Final Fantasy in the long-running franchise. What we can concur from the data, however, is that it will sell and sell a lot. If you're looking for the question every fanboy has in their minds, the answer is quite simple. The PS3 version of Final Fantasy will sell more than the 360 version. It's not bias. It's not fanboyism, ignorance or stupidity. It's the truth, it's obvious and you all know it. Move on with your lives please.


1.) God Of War III - Were you surprised? It's God of War, and it's one of the bloodiest and most gruesome hack-n'-slash games to hit consoles. Kratos is back with shiny new HD graphics, Trophies and more. People like to consider it a game that's easily on its way to becoming the king of graphical achievement, past games like Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Killzone 2 and Heavy Rain. Others claim that it may very well be one of the best games of 2010. If the gossip, previews and impressions are true, you may very well expect Kratos to join the Mass Effect 2 crew in the batch of possible 2010 Game of the Year winners.

I played the demo... it was aight, but would play it for its offline multiplayer mode.... but I dont think it has one just online.

ill probably get bfbc2, and the yakuza is maybe. i played the very first yakuza, it was fun but not as open as gta but hopefully they changed that, never got to see yakuza2 in australia...... i picked up mag tonight didnt play much of it though but tomorrow ill give it a good run...
